BOOKAHOLIC: OLATUNDE (BISHOP) ADEBIYI  

Bishop has been described as a warm, passionate and enthusiastic person who is excited about life. Someone, once referred to him as “cold pepper” while yet another considers him a “nice bully”.

Lover of books and a voracious reader as a kid!  However, “the cares of this world”, attempted and almost succeeded to assassinate this love for reading, alas, the Book Club came to his rescue.

Oyemade Titilade Seun is an ‘outgoing introvert’ that considers herself a street smart and not book smart lady.

She holds a degree in Russian Language and has a wide experience in Administrative work having worked as a Personal Assistant to Executives in well known organizations.

This highly organized and hardworking lady has a strong passion for women and women issues. She has volunteered in various women organizations like Women In Enterprise Network (WIE Africa) and many more. She is a member of various women groups like Women Who Win (WWW), Women in Successful Career (WISCAR) and has attended various women conferences and seminars in Nigeria.

BOOKAHOLIC: ADEGBINDIN BABATUNDE ABDULGHANI (ADESHINE)

When Tunde is not attending the book club meeting, he is watching a stage play or on set of a soap opera or playing football or facilitating at a corporate training, or compering a wedding, birthday or learning the rendition of spoken words.

Adeshine holds an HND in Computer Science, a PGD in management, a certificate in Acting and is currently pursuing a Bsc degree in Islamic economics and banking. Presently an investment banker with a focus on non interest finance and a thespian at night. He Leads The service revolution team(a group of young minds exploring on a daily basis how to solve the problem of poor service delivery in Nigeria). He also leads the Adeshine theatrical koncepts team, where work is ongoing assiduously to bringing stage entertainment to all and sundry in an ethical way.

BOOKAHOLIC: OLUBUNMI ADELEYE

Olubunmi is fun-loving, stubbornly positive and will try just about anything once especially if it is good food. A lover of classical pieces (whether to sing or simply enjoy), travel to curious places and the internal harmony that a life of purpose brings.

‘Bunmi ideally is chilling out with like-minded individuals or catching reruns of Sophia the First every chance she gets. She’s an avid reader (as much as work as a Communications specialist allows) whose love of teaching is …er..evolving.

BOOKAHOLIC: TOPE SADIQ (TORPEDO MASCAW)

Even the sound of his name is weird.

Torpedo Mascaw, Compere, Poet, Composer, Actor, TV presenter, Radio Host and Chess player was originally named Tope Sadiq by his parents.

He is a master when it comes to spoken word and he is rated the best freestyle spoken word artist in Nigeria. He doesn’t really have a style as such; he just says whatever comes to mind.

Adanna is a beautiful, smart, intelligent, hard working classy lady who loves listening to music, dancing and enjoying the good things of life. She is unassuming, lovable and likes to assist whenever and wherever she can.

With degrees in Economics, she has worked in various organisations in departments including, but not limited to Import Logistics, Procurement, Administration and Human Resources. She currently  runs her business – The Mobile Book Shop ‎. A mobile platform that promotes and showcases works of Nigerian authors, by being a phone call away to supply their books to the end reader.
